From "Mindsets to Heartbeats" by Ron FossTo help managers and leaders compete in the new knowledge era, Ron Foss has authored a book titled "From Mindsets to Heartbeats".

The book attempts to shift managers' traditional thinking about human performance from that of only ability to include the vital elements of motivation and emotional performance.

Ron puts it this way: "I have attempted to illustrate specific behaviours and the implications of these behaviours on the motivation of employees. Throughout my journey, I have always tried to manage and lead with some emotion and passion for each individual as an individual and not just an instrument for generating profits. Life is too short not to try and make the most of our interactions with people."
